We offer private, partner, and small group personal training. Included with each client is personalized workouts, additional workouts between sessions, basic nutrition guidance, your accountability partner, progress tracking including measurements, body fat %, weight changes, and performance tracking.

We are not a big box gym where you are just a number. This is in Coach Janay’s private residence where she takes the time to get to know you and your needs, likes, dislikes and how you are going to exceed best.

The best way is through email. It is checked regularly and once you are an established client you can reach out by text, email or even a phone call.

Pricing varies depending on how many days a week you plan to attend. We recommend 3 days a week to help you get the most out of it but we understand and respect everyone’s scheduling needs financial needs. We can do as little as once a week or go all out and train four days a week.
Once per week $60
Twice per week $55 (per session)
Three/Four per week $50 (per session)
Partner/Small group $40 (per person per session)

FUN! We choose music you like, we reach for goals, we learn new skills and we grow as individuals. This is not the yell in your face, overbearing model some may choose. This is positive high energy, a friendly environment focused on learning and improving.

Lift Your Day is located in the South Gilbert area right smack in the middle of the square block of Higley, Germann, Power and Queen Creek. As you approach your consult the address will be send to you due to this being a private residence.
