With over 25 years immersed in the athletic world, Janay is a true veteran of the fitness world, loaded with the knowledge and real-world experience necessary to guide you on your personal journey. Her expertise is built on decades of professional practice and a deep understanding of human movement.
Janay holds a Degree in Physical Education and is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). This educational background, combined with her extensive experience as a former Physical Education teacher and Coach for a diverse range of sports—including Gymnastics, Track, Cross Country, and Swimming—gives her a unique ability to understand developmental stages, body awareness, and efficient movement patterns. She excels at teaching her clients in a way that is clear and easy to understand.
Since stepping away from teaching young athletes, Janay has focused her passion on working actively with adults and the senior population since 2021. Her mission is simple: help you achieve your goals, whether it's weight loss, improved strength, enhanced mobility, or increasing your overall longevity and quality of life.
When she isn’t helping her clients optimize their 1% daily gains, Janay is likely leaning into her favorite role: the ultimate “Sports Mom," cheering on her kids from the sidelines of their various sporting events. She lives the active lifestyle she preaches, and when the family calendar finally aligns for a free weekend, you’ll find the whole crew hiking through the woods, camping under the stars, or hitting the road to explore a brand-new state together.
